Is this financial advice?

No. Swing Trade Signals is an educational tool. It shows technical setups with entry context and a risk-to-reward figure, based on price and indicator data — it does not know your circumstances, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell. Trading carries risk, including loss of capital. Always do your own research, and consider speaking to a licensed financial professional.

I paid, but the app still shows the locked version

Open the upgrade screen and use Restore Purchases. This re-checks your purchase with the App Store or Google Play and unlocks the app on any device signed in to the same account.

If it still doesn't unlock, email me with the store receipt and I'll sort it out directly.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by the app, so cancelling happens there:

iPhone or iPad — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Swing Trade Signals → Cancel.
Android — Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Swing Trade Signals → Cancel.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, so those requests have to go through the store.

How do I remove ads?

The paid version removes banner ads throughout the app. If you've already bought it and ads are still showing, use Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen, then reopen the app.

The app asked whether to allow tracking. What happens if I decline?

Nothing in the app changes — every feature works the same either way. Declining only means ads shown to you are not personalised.

Why did a signal change or disappear?

Signals are generated from market data and are re-evaluated as that data moves. A setup that no longer meets its criteria stops being shown. The app is a snapshot of current conditions, not a saved list of recommendations.

How do I request access to, or deletion of, my data?

Email me at bkappsupport@gmail.com and say what you'd like. What the app collects, and why, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Uninstalling the app also removes the data held on your device.

I found a bug, or something looks wrong

Please tell me. Include your device, your OS version, and what you were doing when it happened — that's usually enough for me to reproduce it. Bugs reported this way are what most of the app's fixes come from.
